WREC Crews Travel for This Year's Light Up Navajo Initiative

Off to make a difference.

Most of our dedicated crew from WREC flew out to the Navajo Nation to help bring electricity to families who have never had power before. They met up with our driving crew who left earlier in the week to kick off this year’s Light Up Navajo Initiative. This mission goes far beyond our service territory - it’s about changing lives, building hope, and serving communities in need.

Our combined crew met at Window Rock, Arizona before starting their work. Please join us in thanking them for their hard work, compassion, and commitment to serving others wherever they’re needed. We are incredibly proud of the difference they are making.

Together, we’ll have the incredible opportunity to bring electricity to homes in the Navajo Nation - for the very first time.
