WREC gave back a total of $22 million in Capital Credits refunds this month. A check was recently presented to the Pasco County School Board for their portion by district managers Ricky Gude (One Pasco) and Joe Marina (Bayonet Point). Also, district manager David Gonzalez (West Hernando) presented the Hernando County School Board with their check for this year.
