On January 19, WREC’s Crystal River District Manager Gary Steele and Manager of Member relations David Lambert presented United Way Chief Executive Officer of Citrus County Meghan Pitzer with a check for monies donated by both the Co-op and its employees there. Concern for community is the seventh Cooperative principle, and WREC is proud to assist in this area by donating to a worthy cause such as the United Way.
