Thank you for your interest in WREC’s E-Billing service. E-Billing is convenient, fast and easy to use. Please take a few moments to review the terms, conditions, benefits, and limitations of E-Billing before you sign-up for the program.

The fastest and easiest way to sign up is to Log In to your account via wrec.net or on our WREC mobile app. Once in the the app click the more icon at the bottom and then paperless billing and switch to on. If logged in through wrec.net click on the settings tab on the left and then paperless billing and switch to on to sign up.
