A Quick and Simple Way to Pay Your Electric Bill!

Spend more time enjoying life—let us handle the bills.

Withlacoochee River Electric Cooperative’s Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) program, also known as Automatic Payments, makes paying your electric bill effortless. Once enrolled, your monthly payment is securely deducted from your checking or savings account—on time, every time.

How It Works
  • Authorize WREC to withdraw your monthly payment directly from your bank account.
  • Choose a payment date within your billing cycle, or let our system assign one (typically 10–15 days after your bill date).
  • Your banking information will be pre-authorized to ensure accuracy. This setup process may take up to 30 days.
  • Once active, your bill will show the amount and date your payment will be deducted.
Need to Pause a Payment?

You can request a temporary hold by contacting your local WREC office at least three days before your scheduled transfer date.

No Extra Cost

This service is free from WREC. Please note, however, that your bank may apply its own fees.
