If you have suffered from a natural disaster and need an outage letter for disaster assistance stating you had a prolonged outage please feel out the form below.

NOTE: IF YOU SUBMIT DATES THAT DO NOT REFLECT A NATURAL DISASTER YOUR SUBMISSION WILL BE DISREGARDED. IT IS CONSIDERED FRAUD TO GIVE INCORRECT INFORMATION REGARDING YOUR OUTAGE.

This must be the service address associated with your WREC account number.
