WREC West Hernando employees were proud to attend the Wilton Simpson Technical College Career & Internship Fair, where students from schools across Hernando County were bused in to explore what life after high school can look like.

Our team enjoyed meaningful one‑on‑one conversations with students, sharing insight into the many career opportunities available at WREC, from technical and operations roles to communications, IT, and beyond. It was inspiring to talk with students about their goals and show them how a career with a local electric cooperative can make a real difference in the community we serve.
