WREC Holds Safety Demonstration at Dr. Mary Giella Elementary School

Today, WREC had the opportunity to visit Dr. Mary Giella Elementary School to share the importance of electrical safety with students through our Power Town presentation.

Our Safety Department taught students how to stay safe around power lines, while linemen from our Bayonet Point office gave them an up-close look at a bucket truck, demonstrated the tools and equipment they use every day, and led fun, hands-on activities.

We love connecting with our community and helping educate the next generation about electrical safety.
