Building Opportunity in Our Community!

WREC was honored to host Congressman Gus Bilirakis and Congresswoman Laurel Lee at Southeast Culvert’s new Florida facility in Lacoochee. The event brought together local leaders and community members to learn more about the company’s investment in our area and its vision for the future.

Attendees heard from Wallace Johnson, CEO and President, Bob Crossk, Market Development Manager, and Thomas Caldwell, General Manager, who shared the history of Southeast Culvert and discussed the goals for the new facility, including creating jobs and supporting continued economic growth in our community.

David Lambert, WREC’s General Manager, also spoke about the history of the Lacoochee area and the positive transformation it has experienced over the years, highlighting the importance of continued investment and partnerships that help communities thrive.

We also appreciate the support of Pasco County Commissioner Seth Weightman and Florida House Representative Jeff Holcomb, whose commitment to economic development helps create opportunities across our region.

At WREC, we're proud to support projects that strengthen our communities, create jobs, and help power progress throughout the areas we serve.
