WREC Hosts Gloving Orientation

 Investing in Safety Through Hands-On Training!

Today, WREC hosted a Gloving Orientation in our training yard, giving apprentices in the gloving portion of their apprenticeship program valuable one-on-one instruction with experienced journeymen.

This hands-on training allows apprentices to demonstrate key tasks while receiving immediate guidance and feedback in a controlled, non-energized environment. It’s also an opportunity to ask questions, build confidence, and develop the skills needed to perform their work accurately and, most importantly, safely.
