WREC Linemen Participate in Gloving Orientation

Today, WREC linemen participated in our Gloving Orientation - an important step in developing the next generation of safe, skilled professionals.

This hands-on training pairs apprentice linemen with experienced journeymen in our training yard, providing one-on-one instruction in a controlled environment. It’s an opportunity for apprentices to sharpen their skills, ask questions, and gain valuable tips as they progress through the gloving portion of their apprenticeship.

Safety is always our top priority, and trainings like this ensure our crews are prepared to work confidently and safely in the field every day.
