The most effective way to report your outage is through our SmartHub app. If you need to speak to a representative about an emergency outage our call center is available. However, please understand that during times of major outages there may be an extended wait time. You can also report your outage by logging into your SmartHub account on our website.

If you are without power please be sure to report the outage through SmartHub or by contacting your local Cooperative office. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Please avoid all flooded areas and keep away at least 50 feet from downed power lines.

To register with the Florida Special Needs Registry which is a voluntary program that provides transportation, evacuation assistance, and sheltering to residents who do not have the means to evacuate on their own or for those requiring health or medical considerations to the Special Needs Shelter please click here.
