Celebrating the Lake-Sumter State College Lineworkers Bootcamp Graduation! This morning, WREC proudly attended the Lake-Sumter State College Lineworkers Bootcamp Graduation! Representing WREC were Gary Steele, Manager of Member Relations, Ben Cooper, West Hernando District Manager, Ricky Gude, One Pasco Center District Manager, and John McCarty, Bayonet Point District Manager. A special highlight was the presence of WREC retiree Danny Taylor, who dedicated 31 years as a WREC lineman and played a crucial role in training future linemen. Danny was there to support and celebrate his grandson's graduation from the program. WREC strongly supports this program and is committed to fostering the next generation of skilled lineworkers.
