Today, WREC held its Gloving Orientation, providing our Apprentice Linemen with the opportunity to practice and refine their skills before taking their gloving test. Each apprentice is paired with a seasoned Journeyman, who offers guidance and education on various tasks and skills in a controlled environment. With years of experience, these Journeymen are invaluable in passing down their knowledge to the apprentices. This program is incredibly beneficial in preparing them for the gloving test, ensuring they are well-equipped and confident.
