This morning, WREC hosted the groundbreaking ceremony for Pasco County Housing Authority's first Veterans Housing Project at Magnolia Oaks. Congressman Gus Bilirakis, the Housing Authority, and others attended to support our veterans. Magnolia Oaks will feature 77 townhouse units for low-income veterans and their families, located within four miles of a new veterans' medical center. This project aims to help Pasco County achieve functional zero for homeless veterans. WREC is honored to play a part in providing housing for our veterans and being able to host this incredible groundbreaking ceremony.
