On Saturday, WREC was honored to take part in the 1st Annual Pasco Appreciation Day Car Show at Eagle’s Landing Church in New Port Richey. Team members from our Bayonet Point and One Pasco Center offices - including District Managers John McCarty and Ricky Gude - enjoyed connecting with community members and sharing information, giveaways, and friendly conversation.
The event displayed an impressive lineup of vehicles, lively music, local vendors, and delicious food, all coming together to celebrate and recognize essential community services, including electric, fire, and law enforcement. Under clear skies, the festivities opened with the raising of our flag and a moving performance of the national anthem.
A heartfelt thank‑you to everyone who attended and contributed to such a memorable day. We are already looking forward to making next year’s event even better.
